Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations made directly through MyPlayaStay.com. By making a reservation, the guest agrees to these terms and to the house rules applicable to the reserved property.
Reservations and Payment
A payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
The remaining 50% will be automatically charged to the payment method on file 72 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
Reservations may be paid using the payment methods offered during checkout, which may include major credit or debit cards and PayPal.
If the final payment cannot be processed, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the guest and provide an opportunity to complete payment. If the outstanding balance is not paid, MyPlayaStay reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In such circumstances, the initial 50% payment will be non-refundable.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact, payment and guest information when making a reservation.
The person making the reservation must be authorized to make the booking on behalf of all members of the group and is responsible for ensuring that all guests comply with these Terms & Conditions and the property's House Rules.
Only the number of guests included in the reservation may occupy the property unless prior approval has been obtained from MyPlayaStay.
Property Use
Properties may only be used for lawful residential vacation purposes. Parties, events or commercial activities are not permitted unless specifically authorized in writing.
Guests are responsible for treating the property, furnishings, artwork, equipment and amenities with reasonable care and for promptly reporting any significant damage or problems.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in and check-out times are displayed on the individual property page and/or reservation confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and must be approved in advance.
Property Availability
In the unlikely event that a property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will contact the guest as soon as possible and attempt to offer a reasonable alternative or provide a refund for amounts paid for accommodation that we are unable to provide.
Limitation of Responsibility
Guests use swimming pools, jacuzzis, rooftops, balconies, stairs, outdoor areas and other property amenities at their own risk. Children must be appropriately supervised.
MyPlayaStay is not responsible for interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including utility interruptions, internet outages, weather conditions, transportation disruptions or government actions.
Governing Law
Direct reservations are subject to applicable laws and regulations in Mexico. The properties offered through MyPlayaStay are located in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
